This site is a tribute to Ben Carpenter, who was born in Apsley, Hertfordshire on December 09, 1925. He lived and worked in a range of locations over a very full life but spent the last 30 years living in Barnby, Suffolk.
He was a much-loved character and will be remembered by his wife, Ann, and family for his jokes, his stories and the fun times they shared together.
